Our Services
- Walking, playing, cleaning litter boxes, exercising and administering medication if needed.
- Provide basic grooming such as brushing.
- Provide updates on your pet's well-being along with photos / videos sent via email or WhatsApp.
What to Expect
- Your pet(s) will receive lots of love and attention from your pet sitter.
- The pet sitter will treat your pet(s) and your home with the same respect as their own.
- We take great care to keep our pets safe; we will do the same for yours.
- We will regularly update you in whatever way we agreed upon in the contract. If you ever want to check up on your pet(s), please call our 055 191 3001 (8am to 8pm).
- Your pet sitter will keep a daily log of visits.
- Your key will never have your name or address on it, and when it is not in use it will be kept locked up.
How to Prepare
- Leave a blanket or a piece of clothing that you’ve recently worn where your pet sleeps as a reminder of you to ease their stress about your departure.
- Please leave all items necessary for your pet’s care in their normal places, where they were during our consultation.
- Make sure you have put away valuable and / or sentimental items where your pet cannot get to them. Some animals become surprisingly destructive during a change of their routine.
- Make sure your pet’s toys are readily accessible to it.
- Unplug everything. You don’t want to discover your cat’s new wire-chewing habit the hard way.
- Make sure you have Royal Pet Sitting’s contact info with you and / or in your phone.
- Let us know if you are coming home early, or if you will be delayed and your pet needs extra care.
